arionph Terms & Conditions

By registering an account with arionph, accessing the arionph platform, or placing any bet or wager through the arionph website, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the arionph Privacy Policy and any other rules, policies, or guidelines published on the arionph platform from time to time. These documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and arionph.

Your continued use of the arionph platform following any update or amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. arionph recommends that you review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at arionph.org/terms-conditions.

These Terms apply to all users of the arionph platform, including registered players, visitors browsing the site, and any person accessing arionph content through any device or browser. If you are accessing arionph on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

Access to and use of the arionph platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. arionph does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, access, or use the platform in any capacity.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. arionph primarily serves players in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of arionph complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not permitted to use arionph.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by arionph, PAGCOR, or any other gaming regulatory authority. Attempting to register or play while subject to a self-exclusion is a serious violation of these Terms.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of arionph or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account with arionph. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

To access the full features of the arionph platform, including placing bets and making deposits, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to promptly update any details that change. arionph is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to keep your account information current and accurate.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your arionph Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. arionph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify arionph immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. arionph reserves the right to suspend any account where unauthorized access is suspected, pending investigation.

arionph reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

arionph supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all of which are compliant with Philippine payment regulations:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya (Maya)
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits displayed in your account settings at the time of the transaction. arionph reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. arionph reserves the right to return funds to the source payment method and suspend the account if a third-party payment is detected.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on Philippine business days, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements. arionph is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers.

arionph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that particular offer.

General bonus rules applicable to all arionph promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. arionph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• arionph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honored under the original terms.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or collusion, will be forfeited and the relevant accounts suspended.
• arionph reserves the right to request proof of identity before crediting or releasing any bonus funds.

All games available on the arionph platform — including live dealer casino games, slots, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets.

arionph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Live dealer games are conducted under strict operational standards. The outcome of all games is determined by the applicable game mechanics and, where relevant, by real-world events (in the case of sports betting).

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, arionph will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, arionph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance. arionph's decision in such matters is final.

Bets placed and accepted by the arionph system are binding. Players may not cancel or modify a bet after it has been confirmed by the system, except where the specific game rules expressly permit such action (for example, certain live dealer game features).

arionph reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on an event with an incorrect price, or placed in circumstances that arionph reasonably believes involved exploitation of a system error or pricing mistake.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the arionph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21, or assisting any person under the age of 21 to access the platform.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or any other activity intended to gain an unfair advantage over arionph or other players.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the arionph platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the arionph platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to arionph immediately at [email protected].
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the arionph platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing arionph staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel on the platform.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Using the arionph platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

arionph cooperates fully with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other Philippine law enforcement agencies. Any suspicious activity detected on the platform will be reported to the appropriate authorities in accordance with Philippine law.

arionph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We believe that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial or personal harm. arionph provides every registered player with access to a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools, accessible from the account settings after arionph Login.

Available responsible gaming tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your arionph account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. arionph will notify you when your limit is approaching and will end your session automatically when it is reached.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from gaming for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, you cannot place bets or make deposits.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily close your account for a period of 6 months or longer. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications during gameplay reminding you of the time you have spent on the platform.

All content on the arionph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of arionph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

arionph grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the arionph platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any arionph content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on arionph content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in the arionph platform.
• Use any arionph trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the arionph platform.

Any unauthorized use of arionph intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which arionph reserves all rights and remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, arionph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the arionph platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions to the arionph service.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information or content published on the arionph platform.
• Losses arising from delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

arionph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the arionph platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your arionph account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude arionph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

arionph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the arionph Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an account with arionph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of customer support.

arionph implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication, to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of data transmission over the internet is completely secure, and arionph cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

arionph may be required to disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable legal obligations. Such disclosures will be made in compliance with the Data Privacy Act.

arionph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• arionph has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct associated with your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• You are found to be under the age of 21.
• You are subject to a self-exclusion order and have attempted to access the platform in violation of that order.
• arionph is required to do so by PAGCOR, a court order, or any other competent Philippine authority.
• Your account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.

Upon termination of your account, arionph will process any remaining balance in your account (after deducting any amounts owed to arionph) to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable verification requirements and provided that no fraud or breach of these Terms is under investigation.

You may close your arionph account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 Philippine business days.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to arionph's internal dispute resolution process. To initiate a dispute, you must contact arionph in writing at [email protected], providing a clear description of the dispute and the resolution you are seeking. arionph will acknowledge your dispute within 3 Philippine business days and aim to resolve it within 15 Philippine business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through arionph's internal process, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR for mediation in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. Players may also seek recourse through the appropriate Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section shall prevent arionph from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

arionph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, arionph will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the arionph platform for a period of at least 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially affect player rights, or updates required by changes in applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations — may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the arionph platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the arionph platform and may close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected].
